Spice mixes look tasty.Β
Would love more recipes without coconut milk. I replace it with soya cream or cashew cream. I don't like coconut in savory applications and I don't like clogged arteries from the high cholesterol in coconut milk.
While it might take a couple extra minutes, I bet these would be really good if you added some chopped chicken breast !
Gotta laugh, love your speedy delivery- but couldn't make head or tail ???of a lovely dish with those fragrant spices" just mixed in with a can of coke and milk!".. hahaha π€£!!
Pre-ordered! Can't wait. Your books have transformed how my family eats!
Great idea for a vid guys πππ
I made this and it was excellent !! Thank you !!
Wow! I just made it today and it turned out sooo good!! thank you! :))
I always love your recipes. They look amazing as always!
Thank you for great content in general, but especially this video. I prepared the Tikka one today, and it came out great. I preferred not to use coconut cream because of the fat content, so I used unsweetened almond milk instead. The result was excellent!
Super video. I'll certainly be trying out the spice mixes and the recipe…looks delicious. Will be checking out the book too. I'm in the US and the link is for across the pond. Since I'm doing Kindle I don't think it'd be an issue. Many thanks!!
As a follow up, Amazon U.K. won't allow me to complete a US Kindle transaction. I looked in Amazon US and it doesn't appear available as preorder…any help?
Great video! Thanks for the spice advice!!!
Wow! I had to rewind twice. I could have sworn you said mix with a can of coke, milk and veg! π³π€£
Thank you for your quick idea to have already made a mixed spices. π»π»π»πππ
Looks wonderful!
Yay! Really have been looking for good spice advice! THANK YOU βοΈ
What an interesting idea – to make video about spice mixes!
To be honest I was hoping from the title you might use whole spices and herbs, toast them in a pan, and grind them for a super fresh blend – traditional style. Any chance for that in the future?
Hope you're enjoying your break in the west with your family ππ
thanks for the video! I've been way better about reducing food waste. I now eat almost every lemon peel/lime peel. I find if you mince them up and throw them in a bowl of hot oats with frozen berries it adds a nice zip. Haven't eaten the orange peels yet though or banana peels. that's next level
I want to meet you guys so bad and thank you for giving us all these recipes!
THANK YOU! … for NOT scraping your chopping board with the BLADE. Drives me nuts when I see other folks abuse their knives that way (yes, I have a narrow life lol).
I have never heard of the Jalfrezi mix before.
Does anyone know which part of India is coming from?
Lads, I love your recipes but is there any substitute for coconut milk, I have high cholesterol, thanks
Thank you. I appreciate these.
I love your accent, but are you saying grand or ground because what is grand turmeric?
So when you mean chili powder I don't think you mean that mixture of Ingredients that make up a chili powder. I think you mean something that's something that's just chilis.
Thanks for this!
Love your child vibe
Thanks a lot! Looking forward to the book! I've recently discovered that I can use a tablespoon of sunflower seed paste mixed with some water, or even sunflower seeds finely ground mixed with water, and use that in curry instead of coconut milk. I'm not a great fan of too many coconut milk cans…
Steven, I hope you don't mind me suggesting avoiding amazon.
They treat their workers abominably and they never pay taxes.
Amazon must be boycotted at all costs.

When do you think weβll be able to get your new book in Canada? Love your videos, have 4 of your books already. π
Wow, amazing mixes and love that simple recipe, thank you! I'm going to send this link to my student daughter who loves to cook from scratch, and check out your book, too; it might make a great gift π₯°
I will get that book ! Whereβs best to buy spices in bulk ?
Great idea.
