    Spring rolls are one of my fave and go to meals. I love to add fresh herbs like mint & cilantro in the rolls. But Iโ€™ve never tried raw phad Thai. I gotta try that! Btw, if you soak/massage kelp noodles in a bit of lemon juice and baking soda, they will soften nicely.

    I have made versions of these and they are awesome! I will have to definitely your version as well!! Love the raw life! Iโ€™ve went vegan Sep 2019 and went raw back in Aug 2022 – Iโ€™m so in love with this way of eating – I donโ€™t miss any other foods – I went raw to get off processed foods and love it. Iโ€™m committed to one year raw and will see what I do after that – thanks for sharing these great recipes!

    Ashley, I just love you to pieces! You have the best attitude and such positive energy! I've been vegan for over a year now, but just recently completed a juice fast and have converted to being completely raw. It's been a week of raw and I feel amazing!
