Awesome meal prep man. Gotta get me the steaming pots though.. btw would you say it’s necessary to buy the vegetables organic? Because I think Aldi don’t have these veggies in organic..
Thanks!
Great video! Love your channel! So helpfull and great tips. Could you discripe the ingredients in your text? Thanks again! Kind regards from The Netherlands.
Spot on Hench 🤙🏻. I take it you would freeze them?

Nice and simple!
Aren't you going to introduce us to the fellas? 😄 I love the video. This is perfect. Simple ingredients, cost and macro breakdown, everything us budding bodybuilder herbivores are looking for. When's the new cookbook coming out?
Great video. You might want to check your conversion rates for the Euro. At today’s rates 78p = €0.91
And people say veganism is expensive!!! 😂
Thank You 👍🏼
Cool video
Great info
Great video
Grains and legumes are the absolute winners when it comes to cost effeciency, as well as nutrition per weight, without question :p
P.S. I always keep an eye out for cheap whole foods, including frozen green beans. Not the highest in calories, but definitely delicious.
I love red lentils, they cook soooo quickly compared to some other lentils that you need to boil for half a day to eat! I do usually like to drain out the water i use for cooking the lentils tho, i find it gets a bit foamy and strange.
Thooose veeegan guuu….I man Hench Herbivooooore!
Very nice thank you a great meal plan and time saver you are the best as always paul
Amazing, gonna try that out next day!
Food for a champion 👍
What is to give light must endure burning , love to all my vegan friends here I love you
Really liked this! Love all the effort you've been putting in recently, lots of new stuff!
Very good breakdown there. There are so many good vegan options and ways to eat on a budget. I have a very tight budget but I always manage to eat healthy, balanced meals, just like this. I use lots of herbs and spices though. Dried herbs are cheap and go a long way, as do spices.
Hi , if I take a multi supplement with 100% of vitamin A added to it then do I need to worry about the added vitamin a I get from vegetables sweet potato carrots etc I'm still not 100% sure on this I know that beta carotene turns into vitamin a I was just wondering if the added vitamin a from supplements on top of the vitamin a I get from vegetables would be harmful pretty sure it's only harmful if it's added vitamin A on top of animal flesh is this correct? Just makes so much sense to be vegan if this is the case
Hey Paul, great lil vid but google does not agree that those meals are 40g of protein each….more like 13-14g of protein each. Would actually be less if I was to go by what a packet of lentils I have says 80g of lentils has protein wise too. I would love to make a vegan diet more accessible to me so if you could please elaborate on how you come to 40g of protein for each one of these meals, like are you going by the numbers on packaging or Google? Because I've just ran those numbers and those meals are no way near 40g of protein each. Cheers
