Maybe next time add tahini into the meal to increase the fat. It won't change that much the budget
My go-to sauces are either sirracha or tahini+soy sauce+ lemon juice! I just eish fruits and veggies weighed less, I nearly died carrying my shopping hime today 😂😂
Off topic quezzy for you Hench if you dont mind. Have you heard of FOGA Plant Shakes? If you have, what are your thoughts? Iam desperately trying to get nutrition into my young children because as you can imagine, vegetables are the devils work! 😫😂

If I use any sauce I use tahini. I love taste of cooked veg and beans so I usually eat them without. I'm waiting for more meals prep videos

As a vegan lifter (5×200 kg deadlift a week ago pops! You proud? :D) these are some of the most important videos you publish. I know you want to make some money off the cookbook, but I would make the case that you definitely should keep doing the bodybuilder meal preps as they can be extremely helpful when trying to turn other lifters vegan 🙂 these are just amazing!
Nice. Definitely affordable. But are you really eating an entire can of kidney beans with each meal?? That’s quite a lot. Don’t think I could handle all those legumes in one sitting.
