Hi Courtney 🤗 I like stovetop oatmeal the best, especially with steel cut oats – I like when they have a chewy texture. I'm loving your tomato soup blender recipe and i have some soft tofu!!! I bought some to have with miso soup and haven't used all of it. Green lentils are not my fave at the moment. it seems my taste buds find them a bit too "earthy" LOL I will come back to eating them in a few months see if I like them again.

Another terrific video Courtney the soup looks great 👍. I love porridge (oatmeal) and could eat it for every meal and yours looked super delicious! I'm super lazy and cook it in the microwave but I should make the effort and cook it in a pan…love all your meal ideas…Sending love to you all..XOXO
