I did scale back the lentils a bit and used coconut milk. Next time, I will use a coconut milk brand that has a weaker coconut flavor since that was a little strong. Otherwise, this one is a winner!
I am amazed the amount of food you guys eat in a day. If I eat half of that I would be totally over weight. I think even the amount Chelsea eat it a lot. God bless her. It's great to see a kid have such an healthy appetite and it's all healthy.
I guess your body itβs tolerant to everything..me and my husband canβt eat lentils… they send me to the toilet right away π€£ same for other few vegetables that cause mayor bloated…like onion and mushrooms fir example and itβs so sad because I really like the taste π but well .. everybody itβs different!
