This looks soo good! Its funny because I cook the same way: a little bit of this, a little of that. 🙂 I've never had kimchi fried rice, but I'm going to try it. Thanks for the tip on using day old rice when making fried rice.
I still have yet to try kimchi!! So w/o do any research and fr watching this video I would say it is a spicy vegetable… perhaps a sea vegetable? Someday I will get around to buying it and trying it I'm sure! T&T Supermarket prob sells it? And maybe superstore in an ethnic aisle? I live in Canada for anyone reading this that wants to help me out! 😛
