    Love this. Do you cook like this for your family? My husband isn't vegan but will eat more curries, pastas, and soups I make Stir frying with water and broth….he can't tell! Dinners are the challenge.

    Lost 13 lbs in one month I'm 35 and thought my metabolism died and struggled on alow carb and Keto diets ….I fell off the starch solution during the holidays but still incorporated calorie density while eating and gained only 2 lbs… hope to get back on Starch solution and lose the last 10lbs…Thank you for the straight forward meal ideas!
