Hi Kenny, thank you for making this video, we really appreciate your honesty and genuineness with your videos. We also appreciated this when we were working with you.
Yes, you are right, you can definitely heal on a plant-based diet. Shamiz has done it, and so have thousands of other people. There were definitely some hiccups on your journey, and the medication you were taking was probably not a good idea, as well as your issues with water quality. We also would have not suggested eating out so soon after you felt better, as you have may not have known what is in the food such as oils and other flavourings which could have created increased symptoms.
The reintroduction of foods into the diet is something we have worked very diligently with specific people according to their severity of disease in the last couple of years and we now have a really robust post-healing protocol. Once this is followed people are able to choose to eat a wide variety of plant foods, including at restaurants. You know we do not recommend animal foods, but since you do not want to be plant-based you had to try a different approach. We are really happy for you that you seem to have found health mate! Obviously, we are worried about the long term impact of animal products for your health, especially heart disease, diabetes and cancer risk. But we wish you all the best for the future and hope you have the quality of life that you are looking for, long term.
Also, we were not aware that you felt this way about your testimonial on our channel, if you had told us how you felt earlier, we would have taken it down straight away. I will be taking it off our YouTube channel and website shortly. Wishing you all the best man, stay in touch and take care of yourself.
Fake ibd patient. He misleading people. Fuck him

"Veganism is a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude—as far as is possible and practicable—all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose" — The Vegan Society
Veganism is not a diet!
A real Legend
Veganism is not a "diet" (plant based is) it is an ethical stance against harming animals. Lets get the vocabulary right first.
I've been taking lialda for 1year 1/2… this whole time I've been in a flare and I can't get it into remission. I've had diarrhea and pain and JUST NOW my GI told me to stop taking it because the medication goes right through me… now I'm on HUMIRA but worried about the treatment not being successful. I've also been on prednisone 3 times in one year…
Please let me know how you have UC and you look great. I know someone with Chrohns and not healing. Please let me know what food to eat and avoid in Chrohns.
Kenny, you are a hero man! I tell you what, I believe that just watching your videos promote a healthy gut by giving people hope which reduces stress. How can I get in touch with you to talk?
I would love to set up a consultation just to pick your brain on the fine details
God bless you brother🙏
I think part of the issue is that people with IBD in a flare can't keep eating whole foods.
We have to take a step back and encorporate a majoritively liquid + fermented drink diet like kefir for instance, while keeping solids to a minimum like High cocoa Dark chocolate in order to take as much pressure off the digestive system as possible to allow it a break, adding things like meat may not make symptoms worse, but it doesn't help either because it's harder to digest than fermented foods.
Correct me if I'm wrong, Regards.
"Satvic Movement" is a YouTube Channel …. go through this channel once 💖💖here 16 hours of fasting is done and please go through videos….there is video about intermediate fasting
its lack of D-vitamin that gives burning sensations in fingers and toes, not B-12.
"healing to me meant that i could indulge in all of these foods" and you are talking about the most rubbish restaurant foods! that is not a measure of health. health involves staying away from crappy foods in the first place. if you find that boring, it means you have an immature attitude.
Hi kenny sir. I'm vincent from India. Does alkaline water play a important role in ulcerative colitis?
Has anyone tried Dane Johnson's SHIELD program to heal UC or Crohns?
Hello Kenny. Could you translate your videos into Russian Language. Since there are a lot of people with a similar problem. I have a great desire to study your history and benefit from it.

Hello Kenny, I have not used a reverse osmosis system. I did invest in a Big Berkey water filter. I have noticed an improvement in my health. I want to ask does it have to be reverse osmosis system or will Berkey be enough? Thank you for your videos and looking forward to your thoughts.
I am So happy you have all these videos up! Thank you! My 6YO was diagnosed with UC recently, has already had a blood transfusion and is on prednisone currently. I'm positive we need to heal his gut and you have given me great information on where to start. He had a large amount of antibiotics in his first year and I'm sure it destroyed his microbiome.
At the time of writing this comment, I am 46 years old. I was diagnosed with UC at 14 in 1989 (blood in stools, frequent BMs/diarrhea, nausea, significant abdominal pain, etc.). There was no internet and very little help for UC patients back then. I started doing Kung Fu at 15, and after talking to one of my instructors (he was some type of doctor, I can't remember what kind), and he recommended going on a pretty much vegan diet, similar to what you did. It completely got rid of all of my symptoms after doing it for a period of @ 2.5 years. At about the age of 17, I started resuming some meat consumption (lean cuts of white meat only and some tuna), and had no flares. I was in remission for over 20 years until life stress starting bringing back the occasional flare. Now, the only things I struggle with is the occasional mild flare (stress & cheating on diet during vacays) and seronegative peripheral arthritis, which is non-erosive, but definitely makes workouts hard sometimes due to the pain in the small joints of my hands. Great channel man! You're a real inspiration to others traveling this often lonely road. Blessings to you and yours!
KIFER….KNOW DOCTOR WILL EVER TELL YOU TO HAVE KIFER….ITS THE BEST AND EVERYONE SHOULD TAKE IT
You keep trying to correlate diet and events as the cause of UC when the simple explanation is your chronic disease simply has it's "up and downs." There's no such thing as a known cure for IBD at this time. You can go into remission for years and it can still come back.
