It's been forever since I last ate sushi – I used to love getting it back before I went plant based. Now I'm a bit weary about ordering something and accidentally getting something that has non-vegan ingredients, since sometimes they don't list all the ingredients – or sometimes non at all 😬
Any sushi roll suggestions for ordering? Or things in general to look out for?

I just made the Savory Oats. OMG they were sooo good ! I would never think that they would be good but it was like eating risotto, comfort food. It was really easy and quick to make and I'm sure I'll have it again and probably add even more veggies into it, maybe cherry tomatoes ? Thank you for everything you do. I was at the point today where I just didn't want to eat ever again because I hate cooking and I really need to lose weight because I'm getting married in two months, ugh… You inspired me again, thank you !!!

The proper word is "easily". It is an adverb answering the question "How". Easy is an adjective that modifies nouns and pronouns which you weren't doing. Love your videos!

I used to work at the Hill Country Galleria and would eat at Tadashi all the time, I miss it! Tia have you ever tried oat groats? I absolutely love them, they are a very hearty version of oats that you can make/eat like rice! I tend to do that more often than having potatoes. Nutmeg Notebook has a great recipe to make in the instant pot perfectly!
I have made veggies in IP but have not been impressed. How long u cook your broccoli 🥦 in the IP?

I’ve started a plant based diet about a month ago because my doctor told me my cholesterol was high. I went back a week ago to get my levels checked and they went down 🙌🏻 From 248 to 102 🙌🏻.
