She is absolutely right. My skin is starting to clear out well after cutty out dairy, meat and processed foods, junk foods etc.. I eat more raw fruits and vegetables, drink more water, exercise more (because toddlers) and get enough rest. Spots starting to fade tooπππππππππ

Great video. She alludes to what the real problem is at different points at about 9, 15 and 21 minutes in. And she didn't do just one thing; she did a combination of things, each building on the other in synergistic fashion. We often look for that one thing that will make our problem(s) go away. She just proved that there is no magic bullet through her personal testimony.

White willow bark is good for deep pimples. Thank you and appreciate this information have passed along for others struggling with some of these isssue.
1)Stay away from harsh cleansers
She uses black soap and gentle exfoliation
2)Apple cider vinegar 1tsp water 1 tsp acv
3)Essential oil you need to use a carrier oil
Tea tree oil
Lavender oil
Sweet Almond oil that won't clog the skin
Vitamin E oil
4)Clean sheets and clean pillow cases
5)Drinking water

2)Eat raw foods to detoxify the body which helps remove harmful compounds from your body.
3)Whole food plant based (Food mainly from plants)
Ditch the white carbs (breakfast cereals with sugars, white bread ,cookies etc)
