Just made this last night and loved it! We live in Spain so olive oil and oranges are two holy grail ingredients. The crumb is tender without being dense and I love that the loaf is not too sweet. I'm not a glaze fan but I actually preferred it with it as the orange juice and fresh zest made a huge difference. Thanks for sharing! Looking forward to trying out more of your recipes. ❤
