    Great video, this was much more informative and straight forward than others I've watched. I started going raw about a month ago and it's done wonders for my health. Still learning about the macro balance my body needs, but making micro adjustments daily. Appreciate you and your service!

    I grow my own food and I realized I never actually tasted real fruits/veggies until then.
    Grocery store food is trash and doesn’t provide the nutrients needed.
    That and I am learning traditional Indian dishes and expanded my diet.
    I was able to gain my health back and even the hospital was shocked and in disbelief when I said I healed myself 😊

    Thank you SP much for this video. I’ve been a vegetarian for over 13 years and I still suffer from over eating, low energy and not having the body and healthy relationship with food. I’m doing a 90 day raw vegan diet to help me to reconnect with what food and nurturing my self mentally and physically really means.
