    What about the idea that spoiled eggs need to be flushed out in order to be replaced by fresh ones for a healthy baby, meanwhile on a healthy (raw vegan) diet there's no need to do so, because the eggs (and uterus) stay fresh, so healthy babies get born as well?

    Oh my god…the amount of pseudoscience around nutrition nowadays is frightening. People are losing their menstruation and still choosing to ignore it as a sign of malnutrition…no wonder vegan diet is so demonised, when it's associated with these fanatical people who prioritise this sect-like food-restriction instead of their health. I'm not against vegans in general, just against this super restrictive mindset, where suddenly oil is the devil and so are nuts! I mean, come on!

    The body has more power to heal itself than big pharma likes us to know. 80% of our energy goes to digest food. Fruit is very easy to digest. Raw veggies take a bit more energy, and feed healthy probiotics in the gut microbiome. Raw nuts digest easily if soaked overnight, drained and rinsed before eating. When not busy digesting food, the body repairs itself and clears out toxins.

    The modern diet is designed by agribusiness to be addictive, keep us fat, sick, depressed, and unhealthy. Makes us easier to control, keeps the medical industry in business. There is no profit in birth, no profit in death, money lies in the years between. Big pharma is expert at capitalizing on that.     Having periods, especially heavy ones, is not "normal." We've been brainwashed. If I knew this when I was young, I'd have adopted it immediately. I hated my periods. Right now, I am playing catch up, and in the process of shedding years of toxins stored in the abundance of fat cells my body put them inside to keep me from dying of toxic overload.

    Zero period pain or PMS (and zero menopause symptoms) after going raw/high raw lower fat. Meat eating obese relatives nearly bled out during last periods in menopause. Mine was silent and easy. And I’m not underweight at all.

    I only ever lost my period when I was rapidly loosing weight and sick, as soon as I wasn’t malnourished it came back! It is NOT healthy to not have a period!! What the heck.

    It is not normal to lose your period! You are malnourished . your hair is thin because of this too. You will have so many problems with your baby too. Dont malnourish your kid please. Your body needs fat and protien too. You and your bf are very malnourished.
