What do you think of red lentil porridge in place of oatmeal or grits? I love lentils soup but looking for breakfast alternatives. The recipe I found said cook red lentil to decide creaminess and add favorite milk, spices, sweetener, nuts, seed, fruit.

I’ve never had chia pudding! Just the other day I was thinking of trying to make my own chocolate milk for my toddler! I have to get the cashew milk down first bc babeeey my first go round did not come out good at all!
You can swap out the fresh rosemary with fresh dillweed it's a good match as well…so you will have a change of flavor in your pickle onions..

I have qionia in the pantry (I don't like it so never grab it)..BUT..I have never toasted it first, I have never used veg broth to cook it in, and have never cooked it for 30 minutes..SO, I need to give it another try for sure LOL ((nice dj vibes in the intro LOL))
if you make a smoothie or pudding in a blender, instead of using sugar or a syrup, you can put in frozen dates. neutral sweetness plus extra fiber and nutrients
Strawberry milk is awesome and using it for chia pudding would be fantastic, what a good idea! I like to add a splash of vanilla extract, but I add that to pretty much anything 🙂

Recently over the weekend I tried Just Egg ( the plant based eggs) and they actually were very good …I like them better scrambled than I do regular eggs ..
I also did pickled onions and pickled jalapeños…it’s a slow migration
All the meals looked really good. I Love Quinoa. But each time I tried it. It gave me a headache. Not sure why. But, its yummy.
