    I made your exact recipe tonight and it was so delicious!!! I wanted to eat the whole thing! The soy sauce, miso and bouillon add plenty of salt so will adjust next time.

    I made this for dinner tonight with just a few small changes and it was so good. I added some of my frozen home grown kale. I grew so much of it last year that I’m trying to use it up before garden season comes! I also don’t like the taste of soy milk in cooked dishes for some reason, so I added homemade hummus to make it creamy instead. I also added some nutritional yeast and topped it with a squeeze of lemon juice. Thanks for the inspiration again!

    Must try this recipe, I do similar one without rice , and add nutritional yeast and rice on the side x I call it mushroom stroganoff x

    This recipe looks so delicious and would taste awesome on top of the morning purple cabbage/carrot mix. I use white miso in my morning veggies to see if I can cut down on the sodium from the low sodium tamari that I use. Great video!!

    I have made this and it is delicious! So easy and quick too. I will try adding beans next time too. BTW – I use salt when I cook. I know you are cutting back on salt. I like the idea of less rather than eliminate.
