When it comes to eating healthy, you must try not to fall victim to modern day fad diet plans. Extreme diets are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your everyday nutritionary intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short time period and then the benefits decrease after a while. It is best to look up Okibetonic Secrets on the google search engine as it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

I don't like Dr. Oz because I feel he doesn't do adequate research on whatever he preaches. And he flip flops from diet to diet, whatever he thinks will sell.

I feel like it might push people away for the first year or something but as soon as they see other people getting results from being vegan then more people will get into it

I think it's great for the movement. It normalizes plant based eating to the public. I truly believe if people try it (and do it right), even for a short period of time they'll feel so good they'll want to keep going. Getting people to try it is the key ♥

The OZ part is a big NO NO, imo because of the simple fact that his intro is an effort to erase history or at least a disrespect to it. He presents "his" "new" diet as a result of an "observation" through 3 papers that have been published in 2016.. [insert jackie chan meme]

i understand that they want a program that makes you lose weight quickly but i think its dangerous that they don't include grains like oatmeal, rice,.. and potatos. because if people do it and are hungry most of the time they will quit it in the end and maybe associate it with a very sparse diet and be turned off. so its not gonna be long term. i think if it would be a 21 day program that tastes, work weight and health wise and satisfies your hunger that would be perfekt. i think they need to include the starches!

Their diet advice for a vegan diet is pretty shitty in that they diss the starches like rice and oatmeal and potatoes but other than that I'm happy that they're promoting it

people need to come out of the matrix any way they can. if they try this diet and it works, they might be encouraged to continue and learn more. thumbs up.

Nice media segment but, they need to get some Youtube "what I ate in a day" vegan videos in there. You know, real people making veganism work every day. Watching "what I ate in a day" videos make my mouth water!

I think the plant based biggest loser is great! So is the Dr Oz segment. It'll give more attention to plant based diet which may lead more people to veganism. If people try this 21 day plant based diet it might be a good thing cuz they can see it's easier than you think. Even if it doesn't make people go completely vegan If people reduce their meat & dairy consumption to 1/2 or 1/4 of what they eat now that would be a huge step. We would prefer everyone went vegan but a big reduction would be a good start.

It's a good thing for the movement but at the same time it's not great because they think it's only a diet & only temporary… also his advice wasn't great he's telling them to eat olive oil but to avoid potatoes….. doesn't make sense. Mcdougall would have had a field day setting them straight

It's great – as long as they don't say you can go back after the 21 days. Like any temporary diet change, you'll just put the weight back on once you stop. And the animal abuse will just continue, of course.

i am pretty doubtful of the dr oz show seems like 'plant based' maybe just'll be vegan cheatya diet. lets eat a bunch of meat and do a vegetable clense to 'lean' out cut our calories non starchy veggies carb fearing macro counting masked in a covert backhand.
