if youre chasing healthy body , just eat balanced food which includes meat vegggies & fruit. if you are chasing beach body, you need to go heavy on meat. which is often take lot of time to digest.
balanced diet with gym may not give you bulky look but it will give some mass for sure & it will also contributes in overall health

A guy claimed to eat 100 eggs a day 7000-8000 calories but since he removes the yolk (WTF dude) then the calories will probaply be below 7000?

12:30 ok I cannot comprehend this. If this is correct, that means the average 80kg person needs 100-130g of protein PER DAY? And I assume with more muscles this would be even higher.
That means the LOWER limit is already at 400-500g Meat or cheese per day without additional muscles. Is this really correct? I simply cannot comprehend this.

1.6 grams of protein for every kg is ridiculous unless you are bodybuilding to be bulkier. Even bodybuilders who are "maintaining" use less.

Dieticians and doctors have no clue about nutrition. How does a large animal in nature thrive without consuming ANY protein?
Clue: they eat to feed their bacteria which in their death provide protein and all other nutrition. Similarly, i can survive on straw if i had the right bacteria load!

Are you a racist? You didn't mention Jackie Chan as one of the Game Changer film producers with big name. Or maybe you find Jackie Chan's last name literally a few letters shorter than Cameron's and Schwarzenegger's

Completely skipping over the detrimental impacts of animal protein on a human body when overconsumed. Milk is meant to make a small animal into a massive cow in no time and is not fit for human consumption, with meat causing osteoporosis, organ and blood inflamation and cancer.

I'm 6'8" tall and I totally disagree with this video. The amount of protein a person requires per day is based on bodyweight. 50g or protein is about enough for a person who weighs around 100 pounds (give or take a few dozen pounds). You need at least 0.4 grams per pound of body weight to maintain muscle mass and at least 0.8 grams per pound of desired bodyweight to build muscle mass. I weigh about 220 pounds so, ideally, I need at least 88 grams of protein to maintain my muscle mass and at least 176 grams of protein to add muscle mass if I'm working out. Though ideally, I would want to consume at least 220g of protein to build muscle mass.

If you don't mind me asking. How do you calculate how much you need. Like beef lets say. it has a score of 111%. So would I divide the amount of protein I need by 1.11 or no?

Vegans won't even touch milk and eggs while they down poor quality protein. No wonder vegans don't age well and many vegan men gradually become effeminate and in some cases, such as among the vegans that I know, they even become homosexual.
