I put the hemp hearts in oatmeal with berries, honey and cinnamon or in a protein fruit smoothie then you cant taste them.

Not judging, just expressing my toughts: I'd go crazy if my whole day would be centered around food, preparing food and thinking about food. I work 12 hours a day, 2 hours traveling there and back, 6-7 hours sleep and the time what left just too precious to spend with thinking, preparing, eating food. No junk food, no sweets, honey instead of sugar, drinking water, little fruit, more veg, meat and minimum amount grains twice a day. That's it. Not following any diet or gurus. Still watch them when I have an empty 20 min free time cos interesting but couldn't and wouldn't follow anything or anyone. This my tried routine, feels good and works.

Blend or food process the bananas with a bit of cinamon or vanilla. It not only make them edible but actually good lol. Raw for pudding, frozen for nicecream. I prefer pudding

Nothing says health more than a highly processed tofu. You're a broken record. We have circled back to this diet of yours many times over. You have tried every type of vegan diet and all have failed. The spiritual feeling is your blood glucose ascending, then crashing.
I concluded that the "spirituality" you experience from raw veganism is just anxiety and dissociation due to poor nutrition. That the vegan diet is 100% ego, and to make excuses for itself, the ego invents a fantasy reality to explain the symptoms.
When people have dissociative episodes, it takes a powerful ego to construe that as becoming too awesome to maintain normality in a world that is now beneath itself.
The raw vegan diet is steroids for the ego.
I agree that it is difficult to explain how it feels, I know it and have been through it.
I would also challenge your assertion that after 4 or 5 mangoes you feel satiated. You feel full, perhaps. But it's an empty full, your stomach is full, but it's like a hollow, empty fullness. That is also hard to explain, but no doubt you know exactly what I mean.
Keep adjusting, adding in what you need to optimize how you feel and perform. Play that out to its logical end, and you're eating meat again.

There’s plenty of protein in leafy greens. You must know this by now. You don’t need to eat the tofu for protein. It doesn’t ground you. It’s just your addiction to processed cooked food. At the end of the day we are clearly frugivores just like the bonobos and our species specific diet is the only road to long term success. Not easy at first but if you persist you’ll thrive.
