    We had this for dinner last evening. The only ingredient I didn't have on hand was the doubanjiang, so to compensate I simply used gochujang and a bit of hoisin. What a hit. If this, and the other recipes I've made of yours, are indicative of what is in your books, I'm going to buy one.

    Eeehm what is this black vinegar and whats its base? I think this differs globally. Here in germany that translates in "dunkler essig" and thats here usually balsamic vinegar, I think thats not the same thing?! Help ^^
