I made these, and they were 👌Could hardly even taste the potato! They had the classic warm cinnamon flavor and gooey soft texture of regular cinnamon rolls ( with a bit of crunch on the outside)❤️

Would it be possible to use oat flour instead of all purpose or is the gluten in any way necessary (as a binding ingredient for example)?
replace with blended dates or date sugar, and flour with spelt flour; then they would be like ultra ULTRA healthy!

Tip : u can also make the cinnamon filling using dates!
Just mash up dates and add in cinnamon and some honey if u'd like
