The only issue wuth the carnivorous diet is we are eating just the muscle and sone fat, our ancestors eat the whole thing up to the medula of the bones, that's much more balanced diet, also the feed lot animals we have acces too had the wrong diet and they passethat to us, vegetables have more chances of being in a natural state

Not to mention that the food pyramid was funded by WIC and they suggest breads and pastas as a staple because they’re the cheapest food products. That way, WIC and government support only had to cover the bare minimum for nutrition.

Only have to look at the last 30 or 40 years. Look at pictures and videos from the 50’s through early 80’s, an overwhelming number of people were skinny. Kids today are too sedentary, and the choice of bad carbohydrate foods are unlimited. Food corporations and big pharma are killing us.
Now the rest of the world is following suit because of the last couple of decades of U.S. fast food companies exporting their crap over the world!
Not hard to figure it out people!

I eat when I’m hungry, mostly a little of everything, meats, poultry, fish, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, dairy, grain-based. My main beverage is water. I avoid processed foods, particularly, high fructose corn syrup, lots of sugars, artificial colors, flavors, etc. If I have a craving for a particular food, so long as it’s real food, I take it as a sign I need a nutrient in that item, so I’ll eat it if possible. I keep well-hydrated but don’t drown myself in water. I enjoy good tasting food whether cooked, raw, boiled, baked, etc. Then again, I’ve never really had a weight problem. I don’t smoke tobacco or marijuana. Drinking is limited. Maybe a glass of wine on Sunday afternoons, a very occasional mixed drink in a social situation, but only one. I don’t get drunk or buzzed.
As for exercise, I’m not a fitness nut. I do stretching, a lot of walking and bicycling rather than driving everywhere. I enjoy canoeing, rowing, swimming, dancing, hiking in the outdoors. I don’t β€œwork out” and don’t belong to any gym. They smell bad, even worse when scented sprays are used to cover it up! I rarely take medicines, OTC or prescription. I also don’t follow all the published guidelines regarding calories, invasive medical tests for every disease under the sun. I had and recovered from most of the β€œchildhood” diseases for which people vaccinate their newborn infants. The only vaccines I recall receiving were smallpox and the oral polio vaccine. I refuse to get shot up for flu, pneumonia, HPV, Hepatitis, shingles, or Covid. I don’t need any STI vaccines or tests because I don’t engage in any of the behaviors that lead to them. As for fad diets, no thanks!
Even this show, I have to question. What was the life expectancy of Stone Age humans? Neanderthals? In Scripture God limited man’s years to about 120 after the Flood of Noah. In another place, He mentions three score and ten, four score if by reason of strength. That’s 70-80. But numerous individuals are mentioned in the New Testament and lives of the saints who lived much longer.

This film is misleading. Sure humans can eat meat but not 3 times a day. Not even once a day. Perhaps a few times a week at most. Our ancestors DID NOT each meat all day every day. Dairy is the worst food for humans. If you eat meat every day, you will die early from heart disease.

Fructose can do damage in low amounts. Because nobody’s going to eat so low as to not compile low sugar through the day.

That’s a lie about the colorful vegetables been better for you. 99% of the produce section is all man-made. They are not ancestry. All they are not original form.

I do not agree with the extra carbs of fruits, nuts, and vegetables. He discusses here. There are so many oxalates in nuts and green food. I don’t even eat that in my oxalates are very high. This is due to some dark chocolate. I was ingesting in December 2022. My bloodwork January 2023 showed high oxalate and I don’t eat oxalate rich foods at all.

I can sum up this entire video for you: It's all about t PALEO diet. That's what the author thinks of as the perfect diet. The "Gotcha!" was at the 1 minute 49 second mark and ending with "It wasn't long before my inner voice began crying out for real protein." So, he bemoans the fact that–and is state by his experts–that the "facts" have been known for a long time. It's just that we are misled by people's agendas and not using our brain to research the facts. So, the host uses his "inner voice" aka feelings, instead of his brain and research to come to a conclusion. Sigh.

Just so you know, you can switch back and forth between a carnivore diet and a vegan diet and still lose weight. It doesn't have to be an all or nothing proposition. If you make sure there is at least eight hours between each type of diet, they won't mix, which is the problem in the first place.

I'm a meat eaters but I think this video is very dismissive of the vegan vegetarian diet. Why didn't he study health of vegan societies? In India 400million people are vegetarian.
Unless we do a large study comparing the health records of the two groups we are simply confirming bias either way.

There are two weaknesses in the logical argumentation "our ancestors ate it, so it must be good".
1st: We want to live healthy in our 60s,70s or 80s. The fitness level of our ancestors in that age had no influence on how many children they could get, so it was basically 'ignored' by evolution, how good the nutrition was concerning staying healty.
2nd: The lower life expectancy and smaller size in people becoming farmers is way more likely due to the lack of protein, instead of the abundance of carbohydrates. If it was, then farmers must not only have been smaller, but also fat, because that is a direct effect of carb-abundance.

Also huge studies have been made that support the thesis, that the intake of plant-proteins is more healthy than animal-proteins. For example Song et al 2016 "Association of Animal and Plant Protein Intake With All-Cause and Cause-Specific Mortality". Of course the study was not out yet, when the film published, so you cannot blame the movie maker.

In other words: What made our ancestors get a lot of children and bigger brains, is a) not, what makes us neccessarily healthy in high age and b) not neccessarily the healthiest thing, but the best thing they could find in their environment. And they didn't find canned kidney beans or nut bags all year round, so they could not even try, how healthy it is for them. But science suggests it is healthier to reduce animal protein and increase plant protein.

And before you ask: No, I am neither vegan nor vegetarian and I struggle myself to eat less than 7 days per week meat, but this does not change the science.

Eat a whole plant food diet (fruit, vegetables, beans, legumes, grains, and nutsβ€”all organic if possible). Do not eat meat, eggs, or dairy products and do not eat anything with added sugar, oil, or salt. If you need to lose weight, to a whole plant food diet, add intermittent fasting eating only two meals a day with NOTHING TO EAT for 18-19 hours.
