The importance of protein has been vastly overstated by Big Fitness. So freeing when you realize you don't have to eat 200g of protein a day!!! Great video

For me best to eat fruit salad and small can of fish and dried fruit as snacks and nuts , and at end of day some Milo, chips, and biscuits, maybe some supplements like multivitanins?

What are you like 20 years old? I love it when young people are experts on being lean. Wait until you're over 30, over 40. Being lean at 20 takes no effort.

Sorry what’s the β€˜smartest way to get lean’ really? I finished the video and didn’t get the answer. You only said there’s great food in the world and we should not stress out about our diet. Was that the advice already?

You’ve quickly became one of my favorite life coaches. I’m down 25 pounds since December. 210-185. You helped a lot with this, just wanted to throw in a thank you.

You say aim for more than 100g a day. I live in India, our diets are almost entirely carb heavy and protein deficient. To top it off, I'm a vegeterian. There's no way I'll be getting 100g protein a day with the food choices available to me, especially on a deficit. This is why I have to mentally calculate protein every time I have a meal.
