    Processed foods are toxic and harmful to humans. Eating fresh raw fruits and vegetables on a daily basis will only help your body heal, and improve. You will feel much more better

    I’ve tried fruits, veggies, beans, and quinoa only and felt the best I ever felt. No medicine needed. It’s hard for me to believe that we are designed to eat meat. I think some people can and some can’t. We don’t have to eat it in order to live well

    Guess we know who founds besties channel. All faults information. Most people go vegan for the plant, to end the rape and slaughtering of animals and we life longer because we aren’t battling dementia, cancer, heart stroke which from dairy and animal causes the above deaths.

    My grandmother was a strict vegan for the last 70 years of her life, including having 3 kids (including my mom) and she lived to 98 years old and didn't look a day over 65. She was shunned by a lot of people, but she did her thing and wasn't on a single drug, she died in her sleep.

    Due to health issues I had to reduce sodium intake. The easiest way to accomplish this was to go on a fruit and vegetable diet. 6 days a week, I eat only fruits and vegetables, on my 7th cheat day, I can eat anything else. Since doing this, I lost a lot of weight, blood pressure has dropped, energy has increased, I sleep better.
