My grandmother was a strict vegan for the last 70 years of her life, including having 3 kids (including my mom) and she lived to 98 years old and didn't look a day over 65. She was shunned by a lot of people, but she did her thing and wasn't on a single drug, she died in her sleep.

Due to health issues I had to reduce sodium intake. Since doing this, I lost a lot of weight, blood pressure has dropped, energy has increased, I sleep better.
