Ingredients (for 7 pancakes):
▪️200g silk tofu
▪️2 ripe bananas
▪️80g splet flour
▪️vanilla essence
Method:
1. Smash bananas with fork.
2. Add tofu and smash well again.
3. Mix in flour and vanilla. Mix well.
4. Bake on the pan both sides.
