You two are so great together. Thanks for sharing all of the love of this fabulous lifestyle! I love Shayda's view on my food or no food. And the food is fabulous. I've hosted dinner parties and told them later that my enchilada was 100% plant-based meal, and they thought for sure there was animal protein, but it was just the mushrooms and beans that made it fabulously delicious.

He clearly doesn't want her to succeed and be healthy instead he wants to keep her sick. She needs to really sit down and figure out what's more important. I’m not “hooked on” popcorn but when I crave it once every few weeks or so I pop my own at home in the microwave without any oil or salt and I don’t top it with anything, it’s just the organic whole grain corn kernels and just for reference and to be mindful since it’s not a weight loss food one unpopped serving is 3 tablespoons which is 40 grams and it makes around 7.5 cups popped corn, that is 120 calories 1.5 grams of fat and 4 grams of protein.

In Los Angeles,Persian cucumbers can be found at Super King Markets and I also get them at Superior markets. Both have very reasonable prices.
Picking cucumbers are very favorable. Crisp. Yes, they are used for pickles, but you can buy them fresh. They are my favorite.
