    hello I don't know if you are reading this but, I really need help..I'm 21 years old and I've been fat all my life, but right know I feel like I'm on my limit, I weight 268 pounds and I already have 3 weeks with out eating any meet, fast food and sweets, I'm eating around 1200 and 1400 calories a day.but I have not lost any weight and I'm so sad and frustrated because I can't understand why, I just want to stop bein fat, I just hate it so much, I feel ugly, useless and like I'm losing all the oportunities I just want to know.what can I do I need to see results even is just 1 or 2 pounds…. (sorry for my bad english)

    Hey ! U look amazing , as long as you want to look like that its ok ! . Im recovering from an eating disorder so im gaining tons of weight 🙂 but i know it's temporary and im totally ok with my body now .

    Hi there!! i need some advice…i really want to transition from a meat eater to vegetarian and hopefully into a vegan as i need to lose weight and i want to settle into a clean, healthy lifestyle so i was wondering if high carb,Low fat vegan meals will help assist my weightloss along with my daily treadmill workout? Im not sure if i should eat a lot of carbs as ive heard that some of them may give the opposite result which is weight gain.
    Any help would be much appreciated XD

    ( ps. ive watched the video but i want other views on how to lose weight safely)

    I found eating beans and legumes in place of pastas,breads,grains,potatoes,oats was the key to my success loosing weight.i now eat beans and non starchy veggies only. im loving the results.

    Something I have learned from my previous ED is that feeling guilty for eating is the same as feeling guilty for breathing. Going vegan was probably the best decision I have ever made.

    Bottom Line. Find your ideal calorie intake. Vegan diet isn't a healthy diet. 75 percent of people who start a vegan diet go off it within two years. I did one and one year later I had periodontal problems. . Also my hair started falling out.

    I remember I would eat about 1200-1500 calories. LOTS of protein (compared to the rest of the macros) and would sometimes just not eat. Usually during breaks from school because my parents were working and didn't know I didn't eat while they were gone. And just from watching Freelee, all those unhealthy thoughts and bad thoughts of food and of my body, I feel beautiful and don't worry about food and calories. I eat about 2,300+ and I'm so glad others like you spread this message ☺
    Oh and it only took 6 weeks and I've lost seven pounds and feel so much more energetic and stronger!
