People pay money for big fake boobs, and then other people pay to get their natural boobs reduced…. I don't understand.

As a man, I love her large breasts. I mean that with sincerity, no disrespect. However, if they cause her pain, I sure understand. Best to her.

I recommend the Ikea Sensuell stainless stell pan, I just love it. It is thick and works really well. Of course its not a non-stick pan but most of the stuff doesn't stick if you use enough oil and fry it long enough.

The only pan that I found that actually is non stick for a long time was a random pan made in Italy that I found at Marshals. Idk the brand though, and since it was at Marshals idk if I'd be able to find it again. But it's been non stick for over a year. The only downside is that it's a more flat pan than the normal kinds so you can't fit too much in it. But it works great!

With replacing nonstick pans, you mentioned it being a first world problem- if you wash the pan, you could donate it to a goodwill or something. If it gets annoying to cook with for you, it might be affordable enough for someone to find it isn’t a huge problem for them. (:

I tried to make a cauliflower and sweet potatoes cheese sauce (I did use a chunk of gruyere bc I’m not vegan) and it was kind of bland so I’m turning it into broccoli cheese soup with sourdough instead

I find as long as you eat the galas soon after buying them, they won’t be mealy but after a week they start to go mealy. Also apparently a good gala is supposed to have more yellow on it. Like have that mottled pattern

I feel that pan aggravation so bad. I just bought a couple new nonstick pans recently and got a cast iron for Christmas

I have 2 cast iron skillets. One was my husbands great grandmothers and the other was his grandmothers. The way I keep them non-stick all the time is by not washing them EVER. All you do is wipe it out after you cook with a wet cloth then dry it and wipe it down with oil. I use refined coconut oil in mine.

I recently bought a set of pots and pans that was on clearance at Walmart, they are ceramic and from The Pioneer Woman's line. They are amazing! Nothing I have cooked in them sticks and they are super easy to clean! Also, air fried tofu is SO good… Rose (Cheap Lazy Vegan) did it in a video I watched recently… It's a game changer

Your hips can be be uneven due to a curvature of the spine. Be sure to have that checked. I didn’t know I had scoliosis until I was over thirty.

Not sure if youve already seen a PT, but I had the leg issue too and saw a chiropractor! He yoinked my leg down and it was longer because my frame was all fucked up and compressed from a moto crash

My wife has pretty big breasts aswell. When I got to know her is was a 34G. She was also contemplating reduction. She had rounded shoulders and also a sore back. We started working out together, heavy weightlifting to be precise. So lost a weight in the process, but her breasts stayed relatively big. She ended at 34 E or F. But all her back problems were gone. Sure the weight pulls your shoulders forward, but if you strengthen the muscles with weights the problems well become a lot less or resolve totally. Alongside her upper back she always had a weak lower back and week knees. Those problems also got a lot better by doing Squats, Deadlifts en Bent over Rows.
If you get a reduction those muscles are still weak. It is the costly fast option. But cutting into healthy flesh has always seem like a last drastic option to me. Whether it is with breasts or other parts of the body.

Adding aquafaba to the cheesy sauce improves the texture a TON. You just have to blend on high a bit longer and it will start to change to a more nacho cheese consistency.

Def go and get a shoe inlay for your shorter leg. It helped me sooooo sooo much. Cant recommend it enough. It fixed my back pain. Its a bitch to get used to but after a few weeks you can def tell if you forgot the inlay.

I got a breast reduction, honestly best decision I've ever made!!!! I got it covered by insurance, and I've been able to lose 50 pounds since, and look and feel so much better! Back pain? Gone!!
Also, I had nipple sensation from day 1 of surgery, and from the people I know who've had it as well, they also still have theirs!

Tip to keep pans non-stick!!! My dad is super gentle with how he cleans them and it keeps them non-stick for longer. NO dishwasher, and not even the green scratchy sids of the sponge cause even that's too coarse. He used to soak them in hot water for a while and then scrub with the yellow, soft side of the sponge until I bought him a cool silicone sponge I found. It's a ribbed silicone pad, think the ones that are used to exfoliate the face or clean makeup brushes. It's basically the same thing but one side has finer silicone bristles while the other one has thicker ribs. You use that to scrub the pan and the ribs pick up the dirt on the pan very effectively, still preferable to soak it in water first to melt the gunk though.

There's a tip for a pasta sauce I often make for myself – I just throw non-seasoned tofu in a blender with some soy cream or plant milk, raw garlic, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast. I add basil or oregano afterwards. It's creamy, kinda cheesy and has a good amount of protein. 🙂

I like arugula or spinach as my greens because they can be used in other dishes and they have more character. I also like using grains as the base of the salad! Barley is especially great
