"Most nutrition experts recommend ground over whole flaxseed because the ground form is easier to digest. Whole flaxseed may pass through your intestine undigested, which means you won't get all the benefits." — Mayo Clinic

Just grind those flaxseeds girlfran! I blend em with chia seeds and dust that mixture on my morning oatmeal. I also add pepitas, cacao nibs, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, dried cherries, nut butta, banana, frozen berries, pomegranate seeds, and homemade granola. Hello my name is decadence. 👌✨⭐️

The biggest takeaway I got from going plant based was HOW FULL you get from just veg. I had this perception of vegetables of just being a leaf with water but the fiber is so filling. A couple WFPB wraps will keep me full well on to dinner time. I'm not WFPB right now and I get hungry more often, I also feel gross after most meals. Also the experience of being full from animal products and veg is night and day. When I get full from eating veg I don't feel like I'm dying a thousand deaths.

😐 Thousand mile stare contemplating life choices.

Can I ask why you limit your soy intake to a few times a week? Is it for the planet? Your health?

I use a coffee bean grinder to grind my flax seeds as I use them. I believe that is even more nutritious then buying them preground. I will also use it for other seeds, like cumin. Of course wash it in between. 😁

To be precise, you won't digest these flaxseeds at all and won't get anything from them if you don't ground them or chew them for decade. So you didn't get any omega 3 from them for so long ^^.

Lady get your self a coffee Grinder then you can grind your whole flax seeds 🙂 or if you have a blend tech or vitamix you should be able to grind them in bulk.

“If you declare with your mouth “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9). Now is the time to accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior. Obey His commands and repent of your sins because Jesus is coming back soon. Tomorrow isn’t promised.
