ooff this came at the perfect time. I feel like I literally can't drink any tea or coffee or have yogurt without any sweetener. its crazy….I now add a-lot as well. So trying my best to cut it out little by little.

This year I decided to eat on a rotation, to get everything I want in without tracking calories😅 I eat Keto a couple days, I then eat super lean with high protein focus, then I eat raw fruits and veggies for a couple days! All my favourite foods… all the health benefits it’s YUM🤌🏼
