    I always have some Joghurt, sugar free bars or fruits with pb after dinner/or even lunch. Bc I need sth sweet after savory .

    Life without sugar is miserable, every cell in the body runs on sugar. Sugar makes life sweet. High fat diets cause insulin resistance.

    If anyone struggles with sugar cravings even after cutting out actual "sugar", it could also be from starchy carbs like rice or corn because they're broken down into sugar and end up in your blood after eating and spike glucose levels. The key is to always "dress your carbs" with a fibrous veggie, a fat, and a protein. These will help keep BS stable.
