there's now way I could do it….
3 years of work on that handstand! you've made progress!
I'm vegan and trying to get fit. Thank you for this.
U should do that 1 month vegan thing soon I'd love to see how your body and workouts and everything respond
I have to admit, my old room mate had an amazing really old skillet that made pancakes amazing! And I haven't been able to make them that good since lol
We're English but his wife is American so I had to teach him how to make fluffy American pancakes… As here in the North we make them flat and savory with gravy… Yum!
I think the recipe meant baking powder, in the baking aisle. I have been binge watching your stuff BTW, love your videos. I'm actually doing intermittent fasting vegan too. I've been vegan for a year and I actually find that not cooking up my vegan food is harder lol. Like to just cook potatoes and make my cheese sauce (potatoes and carrots recipe), and homemade burrito bowls, lots of tomatoes and lettuce and avocadoes, rice, so good, vegan sushi too. You would learn to make this easy food in no time and each recipe takes less than 25 minutes including prep
Being Vegan is so amazing….. In so many ways 👌🌿
cashew ice cream is honestly the best non-dairy ice cream type, it has the most neutral, yet creamy and delicious taste, so yea, that's the shit. Also Ben & Jerry's made vegan ice cream too and its actually so good, I can't, you need to try it
😂 the comment in the beginning about binge watching this during finals is totally me right now 😂
I'm not a vegan, but I'm a vegetarian, so close lol
I just stumbled upon your channel and I find your personality very indeering. I totaly get you about not knowing what your doing in the kitchen and just hoping it turns out ok. you sound just like me when I cook! I am pescaterian but I have tried a vegan diet and it was awsome.
So expressive, entertaining and genuine! You had me laughing out loud 😂
LOL, you are too funny!💞💚
I'm missing my mom now. 💞 they are life-savers! You're lucky. 😍👍🏼
love your videos! If I could ask, what watch is that you wear all the time?
Do u track macros?
For someone so small you have huge thighs. They're tighht and fit but just seen out of proportion to the rest of you.
You do have a gorgeous face & delicious body! You are desirable!
i love that you are promoting veganism since it is the healthiest way to feel your body but it is more than a diet its a lifestyle it's about compassion and caring for the world and the beings that live on it so meat less mondays are not at all 1/7th vegan if you don't have a connection to the ethical side you are plant based not vegan
i thought that was sarah's day
Girl you are the cutest lol thing. I have to follow. Ive watched like 5 already just today. Very informational and upbeat. Keep it up. ❤❤❤
You are so adorable!
What a cutie! 🙂 Go fully vegan girl! You sure won't regret it…
Great workout using what you have around the house!! Do your handstands against a wall and get used to being upside down and strengthen your shoulders. When you said you sometimes eat meat protein and then mentioned Meatless Monday…it made me want to tell you about the documentary called Cowspiracy – it mentions a good reason why NOT to do Meatless Monday. You should check it out. 😉
I've been vegan for like 3 months and it's amazing! I think you'd like it too. I think it's much easier to get all the proteins in than it was on a meat diet.
Love your personality btw!
I ❤️ your videos!! I'm plant based x 3 years and I've just started experimenting with IF, so I'm hooked on your videos right now 👌
I like your hand gestures.
Fit nerdy girl what are the ingredients in your protein health balls they look awesome !!
Love to be vegan, 13 months already, never go back!
Pancakes: oats in blender+bananas with a fork+vanilla extract …. It's easy!
Good for you for trying to eat vegan, even if for the day. 😊 If you ever want to try it, again, you can "wing" it, and this way it won't take so long to cook things. I'm not a good cook, either, but I stick with basic, simple things that are relatively cheap and make up meals based upon what I have: gluten free grains, frozen veggies, fruit in season, bagged leafy greens, dry beans, nut milk, nut butters, and then set aside some money in your budget for more expensive stuff like fresh produce, quinoa, maple syrup, nuts and seeds and coconut oil. Buy a mandolin to julienne, shred and grate veggies, to make prep much quicker. I also bought a chopper/dicer by the same company (both the mandolin and dicer were on sale for $10 each and well worth it). You can do your prep of veggies and beans once a week and then not have to think about it. Easy, cheap, uncomplicated and filling. Good luck to you. 😊
