Question about juice fast! Can we do our regular work schedule, especially if that work is 8 hours a day of extremely labour intensive work(treeplanting, brushing, fire modification) for 5 days a week for for 8 months nearly non-stop? My season of work begins mid-April. Been on mainly fruit for 30 days now, I still have gas sometimes but much less than cooked vegan. I poop 2-4 times a day throughout the whole 30 days. I get mild bloating after chugging a large banana date smoothie, yet within an hour the bloat is gone. Do i even need a juice fast? I would need to do it during work or next winter if it's not smart. I could just continue on the mainly fruit meals and some salads here and there!
Not gonna lie, I doubt I would be able to do a juice fast for 3 months. Not even one.

you make sense and make me really want to try a juice cleanse. but when i do research online it seems like every medical professional does not recommend doing it. do you know why that is? do you know if there are any scientific studies published on the effects of a juice cleanse? i’m not sure what it costs to do a legit study but if there’s none that exists you should maybe seek out some scientists/medical professionals to get a real study done. you could really help so many more people by making your work truly credible. it’s unfortunate how the medical field is now and it needs some big changes!

Great tips I look forward to juice fasting for at leat 10 days and then I'll transition to raw vegan, I've been Vegan for a year and I was Vegetarian slash Pescaterian for the last six months of 2021. I also did the whole eat fruit when you rise, juice, drink tea, eat raw foods like tomatoes and Avocados and then at 6pm after work I'll cook dinner like lentil Stew, or something like that. Ive learned along my health journey that no one's journey is the same but somehow we always end up meeting on a similar path. Thanks for sharing

this is so so helpful! im currently transitioning – I dont have an intention of going strictly fully raw anyway now bc it just isnt realistic for me right now – BUT even by incorporating more raw vegan food from a cooked vegan whole foods based diet, currently bloated and constipated AF! and I already had IBS-C

I was already eating super healthy with half cooked but always had problems of bloating and constipation. I suddenly turned 90% raw 10 days ago but the issues are still here. So I need to get onto juice (which I did for three days before my transition but still was adding bananas and 1 raw salad)

So glad I coincidentally found this video. This is the one that got me into SFV. The thing is I've read so many "best seller" health books in amazon and listened to so many "health gurus" that claimed or think themselves to be the best in the health industry. Though, none of them explained the very idea that we have kg after kg of uneliminated waste that causes so many people to have blockages and indigestion when they attempt to be a vegan. I get super sick and even run in emergency room once because of my animal food diet, but I also get complications when I go vegan. So many "pro" advice was not working for me so I just couldn't figure out what was going on for so many years. Thanks to Nathan, I think I now know why. I'm on day 5 on SFV, but I've had bowel movement each day, except on day 2, that it's unbelievable. So far, the athlete's foot that I've had for many years, the pain is gone and it's almost healed. Eyesight significant improvement. Asthma improved. The mysterious shooting pain in my ear that I have couple of times a day, it went away after I start my SFV. I can't help but appreciate and feel grateful of my daily SFV. Thanks for the guidance you gave us on so many of your videos, Nathan!
First learn the anatomy, biochemistry, physiology, and pathophysiology of the gastrointestinal tract. These are your foundations before making any big claims. Then quickly release how none of this makes sense..
In life there should always be moderation. Never go to extreme on anything. Fasting has immense benefits, but this is just dangerous advice.
Ontop of this, try and avoid the trap of "it cured me, so it would cure everyone". The carnivores also have this problem. Go to carnivore youtube, they will claim it cured them of even more of this diet.

I currently own a budget £80 vacuum blender which I plan to replace with the Dynapro blender in the future (which is when I'll start my juice fast). However, I'll still be on a budget and can only afford either the Dynapro blender or a juicer.

Hey. Quick question, I’m 19, male and want to start lifting weights to gain muscle mass. If I do that while eating cooked vegan foods and then switch to juicing once I gain a lot of muscle, will i lose muscle? I know they say calories in, calories out but for juicing im assuming it’s different. Say I consume 3000 calories of juice vs 3000 calories of cooked, will muscle gaining results be the same? Of course juicing is the healthier but I also want an aesthetically pleasing body so im not sure.

Things to take into consideration:
– Don't juice seeds
– Only get a minority of your calories from fat on a vegan diet
– Take into account total nutrients & nutrient ratios. Just because something is cheap in terms of calories doesn't mean it's the best thing to spend your money on.
– Take into account caloric density. Just because something is cheap calories doesn't mean you will be able to practically eat enough calories.
i need to apologize. months ago i overreacted with anger in a comment to a video you made about people who take detox too far. i absolutely love you and feel indebted to what youve contributed to mine and others lives. i care about you deeply. to be completely honest, after months of attempts to dry fast i considered my experience and concluded it was not working very well for me. i have now begun water fasting and am having much better results. im also 95% raw trying to be 100%. i just wanted to clear things up, apologize, and make sure you know that i am incredibly grateful for the passionate, swaggy, professional, and charming way you have of distributing valuable and rare information. i love you nathan and thank you. hope we meet someday. i have a feeling we will. : _ )
eating the orange instead of squeezing it and drinking just the juice, is not good, research it. Vit C is a complex and it works together with the pulp not just the juice by itself

I have a question about kidney filtration. I am on 100% fruit mostly watermelon juice. When I urinate in a glass jar it looks clear with no sediment but I left it for 24 hours and it turned completely cloudy with bits of what looked like sediment… is this filtration or contamination/bacteria growth?
Hey nathan I have a question if you get around to seeing this and I cant find a answer really anywhere, so I have the nama j2 and it can juice bananas, which I've loved doing, but it makes the juice thicker and I've been wondering is that breaking my juice fast or is any part of forming my movement, I've noticed when I juiced avocados that they were a part of my movement but it was more of a guacomole consistency. Should I avoid juicing bananas or is it fine?
