How does it matter. Drinking ice water is doing more damage to your body. Losing weight is not the only thing you should be concerned of. Start consuming normal water at least, if not warm water.

I ate kale, cucumber, yams, and spinach for 6 days. I had black coffee in the morning, then ate this at lunch ( 12:00) and dinner ( 5:30) Also walked only 1.6 miles 4 of the 6 days. Lost 9.6 lbs in that 6 day week
you starved yourself. losing 7kg in a week is too much and it would be much more if you did exercise.. people dont do this… i used to lose 12kg a week because i used to go to the gym and stayed to food plan of my own, something i could afford and extremely cheap but regardless of that i had a PLAN and as long you stick with it you will lose weight… do not lose 7, 12kg a week! i had health issues that "allowed me" to lose that much and you shouldnt. 4 – 5 kg a week is healthy and not that big of a difference, your body wont suffer from shocks and slow down.
I wanna try just eating veggies for a week and see how much weight ill lose, i only wanna lose about 12lbs and i really wanna reach this goal within a month

Thanks for sharing. You would of lost more if you ate twice a day instead of 5 times a day plus cutting the avocado, carrots and corn out. This is literally a ketosis diet geared towards fat burning. But without protein your severely compromising alot of body functions. By adding just 3 eggs could offset this problem. I done something similar on my weight loss journey long ago. Lost over 126 lbs within 6 months. Now I just follow a normal keto diet. In the beginning though just veggies with little protein. The fat will melt off
I couldn't lose fat post menopause for 5 years. After having Covid I thought to start vegetables daily. I cannot believe the difference! Into my skinny shorts๐ฆ๐บ๐ฆ๐บ๐ฆ๐บ
The reason why this diet makes you lose so much weight is because of the amount of lost muscle mass on top of the crazy unhealthy calorie deficit, take it from a vegan this diet is not healthy.

I did 2 months vegetarian for weight loss and health. I went from 210 to 185. And in the process I was absolutely shredded!!!!

I have severe inflamed and the only was to reduce it is by going an a boiled vegetable diet for 2 weeks.
