The information on diet is so overwhelming. I am 64 and overweight with gout and lots of joint pain. Luckily I love working out but what to do as far as diet. Not long ago I watched a many hours of videos and was convinced no bread, pasta, rice, oatmeal. Instead eat Veggies and meat, fish, butter and eggs were the way and some fruit. Now I really want to go whole food vegan. I have hi bp, hi cholesterol and fatty liver. So I will try this for 3 months and see how I feel. Thank you I will be watching your videos.

I started my own plant based cookbook. Only recipes i have tried and want to repeat go in there. My recipes or others. I made and printed recipe forms. Fill them out quick by hand and store in plastic sleeves.
