I Definitely think the Vegan tuna salad is my favorite. I've made something similar but didn't add some of these ingredients that look really good with it. The chia seeds definitely amp up the protein love it.
Dude you are the man
Brother, you have me out here in these streets looking for that circular bamboo cutting board! 😂
I love your sense of humor, just as much as I do your recipes! Thank you for always spicing us up with smiles! 🧆🥫🥗
But wait vegan and then do dry cleaning when u trying to save money lol …I know kidding don’t dry clean I’m sure 😂
Made the P.F. Chang’s Lettuce Wraps! They were awesome! Thanks for the videos and recipes!
You are the very best, your format for easy Plant Based Meals has me so ready for this lifestyle!❤❤❤❤
OK there was NO need to tap that mesarure on the side of the bowl. Capers just come out.
I love everything
That beard!
Long beards are disgusting
Discovered you the other day, and have been binging past episodes. I appreciate the recipes, the presentation, the subtle humor. Thanks.
Do you ever worry about the fat content in various cooking oils?
I swear, your recipes are my meal plans.
May we have access to your shopping list plz😍🥰🤩😋😅?
Bro I love you but you're always using so much garlic lmao. I mean I love garlic, but if I serve a meal with more than one clove of garlic, you won't taste anything beside the garlic and most of my guests will comment on that 😀 guess it's a cultural thing
Love your videos! And I gotta ask, where did you get your wooden cooking utensils? They caught my eye and I’m looking for some for my kitchen. Thanks!
The lentils joke. 🤣🤣🤣💀
Fu 😁😆😅🤣#keepitinmotion
This looks so satisfying, I am going to have to start cooking along with you, Ok #keepitinmotion
Looks delicious!
I love you

Sesame oil can cause heartburn…is there a substitute?
On my way! 😊
Hey Andrew……… it's pronounced "wusstersheer", but many pronounce it differently. Any way you want to say it is cool. Love your channel! Enjoy your weekend! 🙋 From SC
I’m so hungry 🤤 Looks incredible as usual 👍🏼 I know that I already mentioned this but, grind your chia seeds first. They are an amazing binder and your body absorbs the nutrients when they’re ground. 💚🌱👍🏼
Holy cow! I just made the lettuce wraps. That sauce is to die for! Thank you!
I would totally use that “tuna” salad recipe and add red peppers and Panko to make “crab” cakes!!!
the recipe I have to fake tuna is firm tofu, soy sauce, tahini sauce, and then add what you like, like onions, celery, etc. I've never added mayo to it so not sure how that would taste. But now I am excited to try your recipe. Thanks so much for your videos and sharing your delicious recipes!!!!💚💚
Great video! My husband is going vegan and also wants to start weightlifting. He's curious about your workout routine. Any help?
I just found ur channel so stoked I did I dig ur vids recipes are on point 🤙🏽
1:57 just to let people know… the sauce that many p.f. chang’s serve with their lettuce wraps is a mixture of potsticker sauce as the base and then chili paste and hot mustard. some locations use a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil as the base instead.
Hoisin sauce and tofu!
I am Asian and definitely have them in my fridge. Since I love black beans I will try these recipes for sure!
I’ve recently found you and I thoroughly enjoy watching!!!
@Andrew Bernard SOOO…Mr Budget conscious😜quit buying capers! Grow Nasturtiums! Flowers and leaves are edible..after flower dies the green seed it creates can be pickled. AKA Poor man's caper….or let them turn brown and save to grow next year..this trailing plant grows well in a south window..providing color and food..through the winter months…
"the firmer the to, the lesser the fu"
iconic
Thank you for creating this channel. I absolutely love it and it gives me so many ideas.
Just confirming— did you not peel the ginger before grating it in the sauce??? We don’t have to peel ginger? 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ my mind is blown lol
I make the ‘tuna’ salad all the time, except I never thought of adding hearts of palm, old bay seasoning, and nori. That sounds delicious. Also, it would be good with a hearty pasta like penne.
Getting rid of hsv2 is like starting a new life and am glad I came across #doctororias for a day like this . It wasn't easy but I came through
Living life to the fullest option was all I ever wanted thank you #doctororias for making that come through he gave me hope when all was lost all thanks to him ..
I just love your style. Your food is so simple, fast and delicious.
Thanks for sharing your recipes. Recently plant based and looking to learn all I can. Also thank you for the humor. I’m not a fan of tofu, thinking I simply haven’t learned the skill of preparing it yet. I picked up extra firm tofu to give it a go again. Your comment the firmer the to the less of the fu had me rolling on the floor 😂🤣😂 Again thanks for sharing your yummy plant based options. 👍🏽
A vegan curry chickpea stew is a beautiful, healthy, fast dish that can be thrown together surprisingly quickly. Chose any veggies you like. I like to have chickpeas, eggplant, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, onion, garlic, CURRY of course:) Everything sauted together, over couscous or rice. Easy…PEASY:)
Thankyou again for these great recipes!!!!!!!!
