    Finally got a chance to make this today. It taste pretty good. Next time I'll have to soak my walnuts in advance. Forgot to put them in soak in time. I also have an issue with tomatoe paste so I soaked a few sun dried tomatoes and used those instead.

    Another professional mixture that could be used in a restaurant or food truck or just at home. Perfect combination of veggies and of course after cooking this recipe a couple of times, I can see some intereting variations. Burgers, meatballs, pies, pasta sauce, yeah so many ways to serve this.
