Hi, great video, thanks. But 2 Qs: why only 2lt of water a day? Plus it would be great if you could explain the portions a bit more. Like a portion of veggies cooked but little bit oil has a lot less calories than a portion of grain etc.. l love it you give brand names for the UK! The only downside to a plant based (vegan) diet is that a lot of people end up with kidney stones due to the high amount of oxalates.
