It is sooo much cheaper to buy fruits fresh (especially when bogo) and then freezing them yourself! I'm always amazed at how much frozen fruit is! LOVE the rice cooker idea for oatmeal…thank you!
You should never make smoothies with little fat in it. Always use fat or else bloodsugars go HIGH.. i was vegan for 5 years, ended up with psychosis when my daughter was 3 years! Love your videoesš I eat mostly still vegan but take alot of supplements because had bad sleep several years because of my unbalanced bloodsugars. I also stopped eating white rice because that also raises bloodsugars alot.
