If you activate your almonds first by soaking overnight they digest a whole lot better and then roast on a low heat for the required time ( check out how to do this on the internet!). You will probably taste the difference than raw almonds which are harder to digest.
You make it look easy – thank you for the demo!
Hi Molly, how long have u been vegan? 😊
What supplements do you take, Molly?
The peanut butter & banana cookies looked soooooo delicious!! I have the same cookbook!! The one by the vegan couple from Canada. 👍 I also have her app and do her yoga and pilates classes online, I do one of her classes nearly every day during the work-week; they are the best classes I've ever taken in those genres. Anyway, your cooking, all-of-it, looks absolutely scrumptious!! 😊 x
I have coco pops as a night snack 😂😂 love your channel thanks for the inspiration
Molly, do you consider the overall nutritional content of your diet? What are your sources of B12, DHA / EPA, Iodine, Choline and such? Thanks!
Hey Molly…. really enjoy your cooking vlogs. Always inspiring ☺️
Love the homely cooking clips. You could’ve roasted the butternut seeds with agave & cinnamon for snacks & saved almonds for future cookies
Super thank you for these meal ideas! Question… have you ever used Next Level Diet? I got a custom high-protein meal plan from them and it's really working!
Another really lovely vid, Molly 👌😊
Thanks for the Tofu marinade idea 👍 I bought the soft type and put it in Bolognese but it didn't work very well, so will try the firm type.
Defo gonna try those vegan cheeses! I'm not veggie, but I've always been open minded and receptive and have lowered my meat consumption by ~90%.
Substack sounds intriguing and a possible oasis of sanity for me, as a heavy SoMe user, as part of my volunteer work. I've been active on various help forums since the start of the public internet, then moved to SoMe and I'm good at it …and I'm jaded by it, for all the reasons you say.
Enjoy the 🌞it looks hotter with you than it is daahn saaf! 😎
Hi Molly, did you know Aldi are selling their own vegan tofu? Its £1 and its near where the cheese is. Thanks for your videos, i get so inspired by them. Wanting to live a slow life but i also work for the NHS so its a hard one to balance!
Hello Molly thanks for spending time with us and sharing your meal preps. The cookies look yummy ❤
Lovely to see you today Molly.
Cookies looked yummy 😋
Yesss I’m pretty sure all jammy dodgers are vegan, including the chocolate ones!
Jammy dodgers are vegan.
The cookies look really yummy, will have to try them! A little tip, I shop at Tescos as well and instead of buying raisins I get sultanas which are way cheaper and to me they are the same thing 😉 I get the Growers harvest ones and they are only 95p.
I grew up in the north east and we always had cereal or toast for ‘super’ before bed x
I love eating healthy, and eating vegan makes me feel good. I do admit sometimes subconsciously I think “oh I’m vegan so I can eat a little naughty here and there” 😁 aka maybe one too many vegan ice cream treats 😅
Generally get lots of fruits and veg, but I do have to watch sodium. I think that’s my main challenge to my healthiest vegan lifestyle. But I love Asian cuisine 😬 Low sodium soy sauce is the first hack.
Thanks again that was wonderful
Hi Molly, one of my granddaughters now follows a vegan diet as she can no longer have dairy products I was wondering if you could give me some ideas for snacks and treats she could have when they visit, she also has 2 siblings that aren’t vegan. Thanks Heather
Jammy dodgerssss!!!!! Def vegan. 😁
Thank you Molly I love your videos, have a great week 😊 ❤️
Very helpful video, Molly! Meal planning is so useful and saves money. When I make the effort to look through my freezer, fridge, pantry and list all the meals I COULD have from what’s already there, there’s often nearly two weeks worth of meals already there, with just a few extra items needed for missing ingredients.
I must try your tofu marinade – I’ve never taken to tofu when I cook it myself, though I like it in restaurants.
yes jammy dojgers are vegan!
Thanks for another great Sunday video. Yes lots of the flavours of jammie dodger are AV. Worth looking in budget shops like Home Bargains, B&M etc as they often have some different flavours like cherry, chocolate etc
Thank you Molly 😊. I love food shopping hauls and your meals always look delicious.
I'm sure jammie dodgers are vegan,I think there come under the ' accidentally vegan' range, so enjoy.
