    Do you know if raw Corn can cause inflammation?🌽
    It feels like every time I eat Corn I get inflamed 😞 and my skin gets red. Which is sad because I really like Corn in my salad 🥗

    Just saw a video with Dr. Gabriel Cousens who stated that a high carb vegan diet dramatically increases cognitive decline and the onset of dementia in those over 60. Shane. What is that? You are 50. I am in my 60's. Help. I love my vegan diet.

    I started a raw vegan diet in my late 20s now I'm turning 40 this year! I'm not 100% but I know a lot about it and most my diet is raw vegan! Best diet there is!

    My issue is I’m worried about how much I can eat I like bananas blueberries apples and other fruits but I hear on web only 1/2 banana a day and no more then 1 cup blueberries etc I’m worried ima intake too much of something and get sick from the web saying it can cause potassium toxicity nutrient deficiencies etc

    I eat raw food, raw kefir, raw milk, raw butter, raw cheese, raw egg yolks, raw sushi and very rare steak 😀👍
    I do like doing a raw Beetroot and tomato smoothie though and plenty of green tea and garlic. I eat plenty of salads in the summer too 🙂

    But I think in the beginning it´s better to go low fat if you are dealing with a chronic disease, and then you can slowly increase your fat consumtion.

    I’m 45 and look 10 years younger than you. 40% Raw 60% cooked is good enough folks. Our society is not equipt yet for raw food eating people.

    IV managed two weeks eating 5-6 bananas,, half to 1 avacado,, cress microgreens and wild berries,, sometimes Mellon and pink salt everyday 💪🦖🍄👑🙏🏝️
