    Great recipes! I have Thai family members and I would suggest these other Thai curry pastes: Mae Ploy, Namjai, Aroy-D, and Maesri. All so much more flavor and can typically be picked up in your local Asian market.

    I love your vids in this season of life😂 I was pregnant with my daughter the same time as you were with cosmo and we were pretty much tracking right around the same time! And not even kidding I was just talking to my husband about how I want to start making postpartum meals soon for baby number 2 because I'm also pregnant again lol but I never see vegan freezer meal ones then I got on YouTube and found this ❤ a life saver

    Another great tip for freezer meals is too take your big hot soup and pour into several containers so it cools faster. If its cold outside, cool outside. A big of washing up but cool it to get it in the freezer faster!

    I use plastic snap lid containers from the dollar store. They are bpa,free and you can use over anx over again. Plastic bags can be washed and used again. But the containers with lids just work.

    About freezing them raw, that works for most things I think, but I know that with potatoes they don't freeze well raw! Love your videos x

    I think it's awesome you make healthy vegan meals, but not trying to be critical, but you breastfeed your children and your a mamal that is giving her children animal baste milk. I nursed both my children and eat vegan but never claimed to be that way vegan. I just do what I think is better for my children. What makes human breastfeed babies vegan?

    Once a month I spent hours in the kitchen freezing meals in individual portions. The other sundays, I prep only 2-3 meals and use what I have in the freezer to complete the week and the lunches. I freeze noodles all the time ! It's fine, not the best but fine. I also always have small portion of cooked rice, lentils, chick peas, falafel, etc to make fast, easy yummy salads !

    I had all the ingredients to bake the carrot cookies. I accidentally completely forgot to add the nut butter but they are still really good. They smell incredible. I can't wait to be having them for breakfasts this week.

    Hi Hannah, love this video but coulnt help to notice the potatoes (4:29). Please do not cook with potatoes that have green spots. Thats highly toxic and not many people know these days. Leaving the name of the substance that develops when potatoes are wrongly stored: Solanine. Hope this helps <3

    Have you tried peeling your ginger with a teaspoon? It's a great tip to minimize ginger waste. I just ate but these meals made me hungry again🙈

    I did the same thing when I was having my son. It was so nice to have fresh dinner when I didn't want to cook. Thrift stores are great places to get more casserole dishes if you plan on freezing more in the future. I bought a small freezer when I was pregnant. It has come in handy!
