Some may think that your recipes come up too often, but I find it rather reassuring. Having too many choices can make cooking more challenging. When you have a handful of delicious, healthy, and balanced recipes, it becomes easier to adopt a plant-based lifestyle. Just recently, I made your Burrito Bowl for my family, including my three young children and myself, who is expecting a fourth child. It was a joy to see them happily devour their plates.     Honest question: how do you eat beans and not get bloated and constipated?

    I've tried all of the hacks that supposedly help you make beans easier to digest, but I just can't make them work. I love lentils, but they make me feel so sluggish and bloated no matter how I cook them 😕 I'd love to incorporate more beans and legums into my meals! I'm always bummed when I watch these kinds of recipes because I know one protein source will for sure be a kind of bean and I have to scratch that.

    Made the Gado bowl tonight. For something so basic, absolutely delicious! Only change – I had some leftover raw cauliflower, sunflower seed and cranberry salad and mixed it in with the quinoa. Delicious! Appreciate all your posts.

    Alex you are such an inspiration. I have recently switch to a whole food plant based lifestyle & have never felt better. I do get enough protein to sustain my workouts & muscle growth. At first I was very concerned. Not quite ready to say I'm a vegan, been a carnivore my whole life.
