Chiming in from Scottsdale, AZ: Another winner! Subscribed! My hack: big dinner batch for lunch the next day.
Vancouver so always interested in prices. Couscous is pasta, not a grain. Salvation Army/ thrift, Craigslist, etc is what I use for appliances vs buying new. I try to find the "about to go off" section because I hate waste. Being in Vancouver and not needing a car, it can get time consuming but going to different stores and buying what's on sale through the week and then making meals around that are my jam. I still write things down so I don't go off the rails but it usually works out.

Hi from the UK, we are eating lots of fresh produce from our garden at the moment and my freezer is bursting with produce can’t use quickly enough. I have stopped canning much food, I prefer fresh or frozen.

Bonjour, je vous écoute de Montreal, Quebec. Thank you for all the information you give on your chanel and web site. I love the taste of oats but do not like the texture of oatsmeal, il is to muchy for me, do you have a alternative beside cranola bars and granola for eating oats for breakfast?

Eugene Oregon. I am overwhelmed by the "4 Serving" I m it. There's no one else. I see those recipes and I think "Do I really want to eat curry for 4 days?"
Great video! I agree with your appliance choices .I too bought a refurbished Vitamix. A Ninja Professional food processor is relatively inexpensive.I would add a Nutribullet. As I mentioned before, Dillon and Reebs Holmes(Well Your World) have amazing delicious and quick big pot meals. Loving your Channel from South Central Massachusetts, USA.Check out Simnett Nutrition.
I have watched your videos all week every day. I live in Nancy Kentucky
Subscribed with that bell❤ watching from Nathan Hale's hometown.
My favorite food stores are Costco and Trader Joe’s, and then Stop and Shop or ShopRite for items not found in my top 2 stores. I have a Vitamix and a cuisinart but I don’t have an instant pot. What size do you recommend? I also like to batch cook and freeze soups and stews. My crock pot is 6 quarts and I wish I had an 8 quart. Do you have an instant pot demonstration video? I don’t know how to use one and am a bit intimidated by the pressure cooker release aspect. Lots of good tips here! Thanks!
Yum! All good. ❤

I'm so glad that you mentioned the International grocery stores! They have phenomenal prices on their produce and spices! And the variety, forget about it! It's unmatched compared to my local "regular" grocery stores! And if you're looking for something or can't find it, the employees are super nice and helpful! I love the warehouse stores like Costco, Sam's Club, & BJ's! Excellent stores to stock up on bulk foods! If I need something quick, the Farmer's Market or we have Aldi's here in The States. Oh! I LOVE the chia pudding blended! It's soooo good! This was great for folks that don't know where to start! Cheers! 😁

Hello, just discover your channel ..watching from Québec. Un gros merci 😊
Thank you 😊
Great video! We've been on a super tight budget this year and I have found it even easier to eat plant based on a budget! We just stay away from the premade goodies. 😊
New sub…yes, when you think about the high cost of meat, cheeses, dairy, eggs…MUCH cheaper to go plant-based!!!!!! Buying in season is crucial…
This video just came up in my feed to watch. So glad it did! Really looking forward to watching more content and hitting up your website! New subscriber for sure! Also, from KC for now….although trying to save to move to Alaska!
Hey neighbour. I'm in Hamilton. I keep meaning to check out the Indian grocery store that is directly behind me. I just moved. I had some random person tell me at the park that they have amazing prices on meat. I just politely thanked them, but meant to check it out for all of the other stuff. Thanks for the reminder.
