The Gluten Free Drama ruins a lot of videos… Gluten Free sounds like Disease. And you want to relax and watch fun cooking video and not Listen to Propaganda. Glutten Free is Propaganda being shoved on everyone. No one even knowns what is Glutten. Nice video… But there are hundreds of other videos that dont mentionGlutten. only 1% of the world can’t eat glutten.
Hi. Great channel! I know this tastes amazing, but have you heard of a higher raw FRUIT diet ? The fats and nuts here do help provide volume to raw foods so that they have more texture, but all this fat prevents glucose from entering our cells. Ultimately, this high nut/fat diet is why people fail on raw. It's filling, but doesn't provide enough glucose, and people start craving more carbohydrates. This looks like a great occassional treat! Thank you, Beautiful!
Thats not good full of plant fat and not good to eat all in a day. You’ll gain weight
