    Be careful you have to consume at least 1800-2000 calories a day. This day looked yummy but not enough food!

    Try making dressing in blender with soaked almonds so creamy and filling and good protein .Nut and seed sauce makes vegan food over the top !! So easy in a blender !!!❤❤❤

    I love what you doing queen but make you only consume seeded fruit. You can find globe grapes with seeds at Asian or Spanish supermarkets.
