Anorexia nervosa is the DEADLIEST mental health disorder. It's more deadly than suicide from clinical depression. Where was her support system? Was everyone just in denial because of her confident lifestyle? She was able to spin killing herself on its head, making people believe she was doing the opposite. As an ED sufferer for many, many years, I know that if I ever went raw (I would like to, but that's another story), and became emaciated, I know that it would be because of my illness.. but people who don't understand this lifestyle will blame the lifestyle. Even Nikocado Avocado blamed being raw vegan for anemia and brain fog.. and I think hypoglycemia.. so he abandoned the lifestyle, and look at him now.😩💔 He very clearly has an eating disorder. He just went from one extreme to the other.😞

I'm raw now, and I've treated my autoimmune issues and symptoms effectively AND cleared up my dermatitis with this way of eating. I've lost weight consistently and I'm not bloated anymore. All of this in less than a month. I'm amazed at how simple and beautiful my life is now. And my cart is full of color when I go shopping now, it is awesome!
I tend to overdo the water fasting but In recent times i believe that i'm better off eating healthier plant based foods ❤
