👆ABOUT CANOLA OIL –> I always do thorough research before publishing my videos. I am very serious about what I recommend in my channel. I only look at reputable sources of information. Here are the findings from my research about Canola Oil.

    Harvard University https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/2015/04/13/ask-the-expert-concerns-about-canola-oil/

    Oklahoma State University: http://canola.okstate.edu/canola-info/canolaoilmeal/canolaoilmythsdebunked.pdf

    Mayo Clinic: https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/nutrition-and-healthy-eating/expert-answers/canola-oil/faq-20058235

And by the way, at my home, I use canola oil and extra virgin olive oil. That is why I recommended those two in my video.

Dr.Furlan . I would like to say this video was very informative. My sister was diagnosed with Sjogrens disease and fybermalga at this time I’m trying to take a holistic approach on foods that are beneficial for her disease. I surely agree with you when it comes to bread gluten and sugar are the number one food items that’s may bring inflammation . I believe at this point my sister should do vegetables, and Fish because of the omega and almond milk and stay clear of all dairy . Thanks again for food education on inflammatory foods .

Terrible advice. She does NOT know what she is talking about at all. Canola and other seed oils are super harmful to your body. "Red meat" is the least inflammatory of all foods.

I am strict carnivore. I got rid of all of my information, and became much more energetics since I started carnivore. For reducing red meat is the worst thing I could do.

I just left another channel for recommending canola oil. look at who is backing and supporting the use of canola oil. I have Doctor's as clients, and no way they recommend that crap. I know 3 people who started to watch for all these nasty oils in things they purchased, and their inflammation went completely away. I eat healthier than this channel recommends. So why would I bother with the garbage being suggested?

Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I just discovered I have degenerative disk disease in my neck. I'm trying to alter my diet to help. Thankfully I've already made the switch to whole grain, cut added sugars, rarely eat highly processed foods. I have a question. I hear beans are good for you, but you mentioned to avoid canned goods. Does this include things like canned beans? I eat them often and I was under the impression they are healthy. Are they considered processed goods?

When talking about what processed food is, you suggest that frozen food is processed. Knowing that there are plenty of healthy fruits and vegetables, even organic produce, in the frozen foods section of any grocery store, I would say frozen foods may be overly processed or minimally processed, and that the minimally processed ones are perfectly fine to eat. Also, just because a fish has been "prepared in a factory" doesn't mean it is not healthy. It is the breading, deep frying (in any oil, not just "unhealthy oil") and preservatives that warn us to stay far away. Thank you.
