not quite my guy. when you cook food you destroy a lot of the nutrients, so the "6g protein per egg" becomes much less than that. your macros are all messed up at the end, subtract some when calculating the final result. either that or eat raw food. also you eat a lot of fiber, which prevents the absorption of the other nutrients in your gut since fiber is hardest to digest for humans. that is why you see watermelon in the toilet after you eat it, for example.

Is there a way to make the chocolate bits keto friendly? I'm not cutting carbs and sugar forever, I'm trying to cycle right now, but my body doesn't like (regular) sugar so a keto version would be great.
There are several things here he just not measure, the onions in the burger, what were they fried in to caramelize them? He doesn't measure that "low calorie" ketchup either.
Of course he didn't price up all the meat in this video either.
Those Aldi Protein puddings are 180g (so he must have used only 40g of another pack or he's wrong about the measurements, you can even see the amount of grams printed on the pack) 2 alone is 318 calories… 50g of coco pops are 195 calories… yet somehow there's 325 calories worth at the end.
This is great stuff, and it still is super low calorie alternatives, but he is selling more lies about how much you can eat… DON'T pay anyone to do basic math for you, weigh, measure and count your own food.
A moment of silence for everyone that believes this 1800calories. I eat strictly whole foods of chicken, rice, eggs, eggwhite, oatmeal, veggies (very low calorie foods) and I eat 2200 calories and this dudes day is twice my amount. There's no fucking way.
